My journey into naturopathic medicine started with one question: How does the food we eat become us at a cellular level? That curiosity led me from dietetics to Olympic sports nutrition, and finally to naturopathic medicine, where I could bring it all together.

I've worked across the spectrum—from elite athletes chasing peak performance to individuals seeking better energy, sustainable weight loss, and mental clarity. What I've learned? Your physical and mental health are deeply connected, and real change happens when we honor that.

My extensive nutrition background and years of lifestyle coaching mean I bring more than just medical expertise—I bring practical strategies, personalized support, and the structure you need to actually optimize your health and life.
