Your initial consultation is a comprehensive 60 minute appointment where we'll dive deep into your complete health story. We'll discuss your current health concerns, medical history, lifestyle factors, diet, sleep patterns, stress levels, and health goals in detail. This thorough assessment may include physical examinations and recommendations for laboratory testing or diagnostic work to help us understand the root causes of your health concerns. Together, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan that may include nutritional recommendations, lifestyle modifications, supplements, botanical medicine, and other naturopathic therapies tailored specifically to your needs and goals.
Follow-up
Existing Patients Only
Follow-up appointments typically last 15-45 minutes and provide an opportunity to review your progress, discuss any changes in symptoms, and assess how your treatment plan is working for you. We'll review any lab results or diagnostic findings, address any questions or concerns that have come up, and make adjustments to your treatment protocol as needed. These visits are collaborative check-ins where we fine-tune your plan based on what's working well and what might need modification, ensuring you continue moving toward your health goals with ongoing support and guidance.
Discovery Call

A discovery call is a complimentary 15 minute phone or video conversation designed to help us determine if we're the right fit for each other. This is your opportunity to share what brings you in, ask questions about naturopathic medicine and my approach to care, and learn more about how I might be able to support your specific health concerns. It's a no-pressure conversation where we can discuss your goals, explore whether naturopathic care aligns with what you're looking for, and ensure you feel comfortable and confident before booking your first appointment.
