Meet Nicole 

Nicole has fueled champions at the highest levels—serving as Sports Nutrition Coach for top Canadian universities including Dalhousie University, Memorial University, and the University of Calgary. She's designed cutting-edge nutrition programs that power elite athletes through competitive seasons, helping them perform at their peak when it matters most.

With experience coaching dozens of provincial sport organizations and club programs, plus specialized guidance for youth athletes. Nicole knows exactly what it takes to turn nutrition into a competitive advantage—no matter your age or level.

What to expect

As a former university volleyball athlete and coach, I understand the struggle both on and off the court. I bring firsthand experience of the physical demands, mental challenges, and time pressures that athletes face at every level. This unique perspective allows me to provide nutrition guidance that's not just scientifically sound, but genuinely practical for the realities of athletic life.

I take the time to learn about your team's specific sport, the unique demands of each position, and the performance goals you're working toward. My approach is hands-on and collaborative—I don't just provide meal plans and walk away. Instead, I work alongside coaches, athletes, and families to create sustainable nutrition strategies that fit into busy schedules, tight budgets, and the unpredictable nature of competitive sports.

You can expect honest, evidence-based guidance delivered with empathy and without judgment. I create a safe space where athletes feel comfortable discussing their nutrition challenges, whether that's fueling properly during tournament weekends, managing weight in a healthy way, or navigating the complexities of eating on the road.

My goal is simple: to empower every athlete with the knowledge and tools they need to fuel their performance, support their recovery, and build a healthy relationship with food that will serve them long after their competitive career ends.
